Comfortable beds that were exceptionally cozy; ))

Gorgeous and clean hotel with very very helpful and caring staff at reception-service. Compact room, comfortable beds, good-sized bathroom. Good facilities there.

I recently stayed at Melia for a week and loved it. The location was fantastic, with key attractions and great shopping nearby. The room was clean, well-prepared, and had everything I needed. The reception staff were 

the breakfast is excellent and the location perfect,

the bed was too old a real shame for a 4 star place. the whole hotel needs to be refreshed

Nice clean well-furnished room and bathroom, quite spacious for a central city site. Very well located.

Pillows not very comfortable! Also our room safe was not working but nobody made any effort to repair this despite us making 2 requests on successive days.

This hotel in a lovely neighborhood offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, and the breakfast is included. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. 

The stay was fine, however this is not a 4 star Hotel.
